  I came in for a redo and the manager Catera was so sweet and sat me down right away! She put me with a stylist Belle and she was AMAZING! Best foil and blowout I’ve ever had!

  I came in with pictures of the front and back of the style I wanted. As soon as the receptionist told Miha that her next client was waiting, it was like she couldn't get me out of the chair fast enough. My hair is nothing like the cut in the pictures. She has offered to fix it for free but I'm afraid to have her touch my hair again! Now I have to pay someone else to fix it. I won't be back.

  I saw Crystal on Thursday is this week. She is SOOOO Talented with color correction. I was told she specializes in color. I came walking out feeling so humbled with exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to continue to see her.

  I have a 13yr old bawling her eyes out at the HORRIBLE butcher job Belle just did on her! Horrible communication skills, took over 90min, and didn’t even style it (which is part of the price). My daughter even came with pictures and she all but gave her HER haircut! I cannot believe I just paid for this. It’s too short to even fix at this point! Imagine being a teenage girl and having your hair ruined for Christmas!! UPDATE: the manager called me and told me while she wasn’t there she 100% believed her stylist did nothing wrong, offered to fix it (again, too short to do) and kept repeating “ok so you’re declining our offer to fix it.” We were out of state so not an option anyway. She then had the NERVE to ask me to remove my review. No responsibility was taken.
