Horrible communication skills, took over 90min, and didn’t even style it (which is part of the price). My daughter even came with pictures and she all but gave her HER haircut! I cannot believe I just paid for this. It’s too short to even fix at this point! Imagine being a teenage girl and having your hair ruined for Christmas!!
