  Best massage I have ever had! Marc was awesome and incorporating the stretching into the massage was amazing. Highly recommend Marc for his expertise and professionalism!

  I am so happy with my experience at Seaside. Emily took her time on my thick wavy/curly hair and gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair is easier to manage, looks sleek when blown out, and my natural waves/curls have never looked better!

  I was so excited to get my hair done today. It was the first time in two years I scheduled an appointment to do something for myself- Single mother working 6 days a week, sometimes 15 hour days - Which leaves little time for me. I’ve been wearing my hair in a bun everyday for the past year because my highlights are so outgrown (like 8 inches) I booked a 2.5 hour $275 appointment with Cassie- and an appointment for my 13 year old daughter to get her hair trimmed while I had foil in my hair. I am new to Oak Harbor - I showed up for my appointment and the shop was closed, so I called and the receptionist told me the appointment was at their Coupeville location. I had no idea there was two locations - It was a genuine mistake. There was no address in the text alerts. I was 20 minutes away from the other location and I asked if Cassie would wait for me and I would come straight there- and was told NO. My daughter and I are leaving for Montana tonight for the holiday, and then the following weekend I have another trip to Las Vegas. I’ll be working everyday in between. Turning someone away like that - a 2.5 hr job and over $300 and you couldn’t wait 20 minutes for me? I took off time from work for this appointment. How can you treat someone like that? This wasn’t a case of blatant carelessness - you could have had some compassion and empathy. I would have tipped you really well for the inconvenience had you not had such a gratuitous response. I got back into my truck in tears. Thankfully, Laura and Jessica at Allure- they bent over backwards to help me get an appointment before my Vegas trip. I’ll be wearing my hair up all thanksgiving week, and won’t be joining my family for the professional family photoshoot. Just wanted you to know how much your 20 minutes affected me. I will never book an appointment with Seaside again.
