- MMMNov 13, 20241.0I recently visited this salon with my 7-year-old son, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. In fact, it’s one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in any customer facing setting!!! I’d shut this business down in a heartbeat if I could! Here are my key frustrations: 1. **Rude Staff**: The stylist who attended to my son was unprofessional and dismissive, showing a lack of respect for our requests regarding his haircut. 2. **Poor Communication**: Despite our clear instructions, the stylist did not listen, resulting in a haircut that did not meet our expectations. 3. **Inadequate Service**: We ultimately had to leave the salon to find another location to complete my son's haircut. The next salon was shocked at the state of my son's hair, indicating the poor quality of the initial cut. 4. **Customer Care**: Above all, I value respectful and attentive customer service. I felt neither respected nor valued during our visit, which left me extremely disappointed. In conclusion, I am very angry about this entire experience. The lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable. I will ensure that the entire community is informed about this incident, as no one should have to endure such poor service. This business should be held accountable for their actions!
- ADArindam DattaJun 20, 20161.0it was a horrible experience getting my hair cut there. it is a big surprise how they are running this business on Great Clips name. there is a gentleman who works there(don't remember his name now)...specially do not get your hair cut from him...he always gives a horrible haircut...also to mention, you can not even utter a single word about your hair cut, he will play with your hair in whatever way he wants....is it not funny...:) ...I was supposed to put 0 star out of 5...but still gave 1 star.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
