- JJJennifer JohnsonAug 19, 20251.0I've been coming to this place for about 4 or 5 years now and it's been okay some of the ladies are super nice but today was the first time I ran into act annoyed at anything I asked for and she wanted one side of his head to have longer hair than the other I guess and I asked her to even it out and she was whispering stuff under her breath when I walked away my child said and she wasn't trying to bring me into the loop on anything she was trying to do to my children's hair my daughter has bangs now apparently I didn't get to say anything about that yes or no I just think that she should run it by both parents and child before doing anything different to the hair that you first start out with her name was Yvonne she had a very poor attitude

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
