- PKPaul KahlonMar 29, 20261.0I've always known this is the McDonalds of Hair places, but yesterday was the worst. I sent my 2 teenage boys for overdue haircuts and they both came home upset. I wasn't there to advocate for them like usual. For one of my kids, we selected a photo on his phone to show the stylist. She replied that corporate only gives 10-15 minutes per customer and she didn't have time to look at the photo and proceeded to shear him like a sheep!! My other son asked for only an inch removed all over and then see how it looks and remove more if needed. Stylist replied that 'it's my lunch soon and I don't have time for that. Choose how much now.' I think this place is fine if you are assertive. But, todays customer service encapsulated my observations over the last couple of years... The priority is not happy customers here.

I go to three Great Clips around my home and work, and they are always consistent in the results. I like that my preferences are printed out and each stylist has that info. The online check in is nice so you don't have to wait. A good solid go to for the average guy.

Megan went above and beyond by setting up a privacy screen to ensure I was completely comfortable throughout my haircut. It’s rare to find this level of thoughtfulness at a Great Clips. To my fellow Muslim sisters: if you’re looking for a respectful, private, and professional experience, ask for Megan! Thank you so much Megan!! :)

Efficient and friendly and I will be going back FOR SURE. I would give 1,000,000 stars if that was possible bc of the experience and outcome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also- my 6 y/o son sees Nikki and she gives the best fade ever! Thank you for being affordable and infinitely competent❤️

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
