I asked them if it was OK if I left because my child wouldn’t want to sit inside of the salon for that long and they said “yes that will be fine. Your appointment is at 10.” I walked back in at 9:50 and noticed that we were now 6th in line. I asked a woman if we lost our appointment because we left and she said “no the system doesn’t count for multiple things.” I pointed out that the gentleman that checked in right after I did left as soon as I walked in and she said “oh that’s because you weren’t here.” I asked a simple question and got met with a lie, and was told that I would not lose my spot if I left. I don’t know how their haircuts are, but the customer service is definitely lacking.

Called Great Clips to see if I could make an appointment and Mari told me to come on in now! She helped me right away and was the sweetest! Mari got me in and fixed my hair perfectly. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
