    I loved the hair cutes that my mom and I got here i would note mined coming back again there very plite and welcoming there pasilaty is clean there services was good with in timely manner gave use what we asked for it's a great place to be i could of not asked for beter serves for me and my mother

    I haven't had a bad haircut in like 7 years. I guess I was overdue for one. Idk. I had a reference photo, and made it abundantly clear I wanted the bang part longer than in the photo. Somehow Jade heard "shorter" not only on the bang part but ALL over. In the photo you can see the back and center parts are longer. She gave me a very short mushroom head. Even the side part I had prior suddenly was a middle part when she finished. Idk how she did that, I had to ask for a bobby pin. I paid for my sad butcher chop and left. I've came here the past 5 years, this was the first time I've ever cried for hair. The only good thing I could say is that it'll grow back, and all the weight off feels good. 😭 She wasn't a talker which was nice, but she also didn't care to ask about detail or how short I wanted the back, she just started chopping. I had to ask how short she was going in the back, bonkers. Idk who the dude is but him and Charmaine usually do my hair. They kick all the ass, apparently. Im crying because my bangs haven't been this short since like 2016.

    Staff is very rude. There was a larger lady there who had attitude problems never coming back again
