After my child was seated, Asa seemed completely unprepared and repeatedly left the station to look for tools—first scissors, then a comb. After spraying my child’s hair with water, she left again to get hair conditioner and applied it without asking, saying it would make the hair smoother. A significant amount of time passed without the haircut actually starting. She then spent several more minutes just sectioning the hair. The entire process was extremely slow and disorganized, which is especially challenging when working with a young child. When I told her I was in a hurry, instead of adjusting her pace, she told me to go to another stylist. The haircut was eventually done by the stylist at the next station, who handled it efficiently and professionally. Overall, the service from Asa was unprofessional and a poor experience. I hope the salon improves training and preparation, especially for children’s haircuts.

I would have shaved it like my brothers if she thought it best. Kim took looks from multiple angles, said I still have enough hair to look good but I want to keep it low and tight (like my military days). She cut my hair to perfection and I have not had this much confidence in many years. It is sharp, short, and respectable. Time flew by as she did so because she is a very fascinating woman. A Buddhist who does haircuts for the poor and people in bad health? What an admirable and interesting woman. She has a good sense of humor as well. A wonderful experience from start to....well just now when I looked in the mirror, ha, ha, ha
