  Barbara Jo did an amazing job providing a partial highlight, tone, haircut, and blow dry on medium/long hair. She matched my image request exactly in only one session!

  I came here to take my 9-year old autistic son (who doesn’t love haircuts) to see Jeremy because he comes highly recommended by other moms in the community with special needs kids, and let me just say Jeremy lives up to the hype! He was very patient, friendly, engaged with my son, and made him feel very comfortable. And most importantly, he made him look GREAT!! It was the calmest I’ve ever seen my son during a haircut. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be back for future haircuts with Jeremy. Thanks for a great, low-stress visit!

  I booked an appointment for myself and my daughter and chose “any stylist,” which I now strongly advise against—this resulted in being assigned unprofessional stylists. I would never recommend selecting “any stylist.” I booked online using my JCPenney Rewards account, but never received a confirmation via text or email. Thankfully, we were still on their list when we arrived. I chose a haircut package that included shampoo, conditioner, and a basic blow dry. However, before the service began, I was told a blow dry would cost extra. I explained that it was included in the package, yet both my daughter and I were still charged. When I questioned this, I was told I may have selected a men’s haircut, even though their website menu did not clearly differentiate men’s and women’s services. The service itself felt rushed and unprofessional. Hair was left all over my shoes and jacket, and my neck was itchy and pokey on the way home while driving. My daughter’s haircut wasn’t even, and I had to point out uneven spots. The stylists did not appear to be professionals—not that I blame them; they were doing what they knew—but JCPenney should ensure their clients are served by trained, professional stylists who don’t leave such a messy and uncomfortable experience. Overall, we did not have a good experience and will not be returning.

  I really like the employees here at the Hair salon especially the Male stylist whom is my most favorite stylist. He's too good at his work. And yes I know him because he is a great friend of mine. I have tried so many other stylist until I met him. Since then I have not been to other stylist. I do recommend that if you are interested in different ways to style your hair Jhae is the person who is the best. Sorry but I just wanted to share this with you if you haven't already gone to this man. I adore him and he is my dearest friend who I am very proud of. Thank you Jhae thank you for being my great hair stylist. And thank you JCPENNEY hair stylist for giving the best customer service keep up the great work.
