I swear she could trim a beard in a hurricane with her eyes closed and it would still come out looking like a magazine cover. Every time I sit in her chair, it feels less like a haircut and more like catching up with a good friend who also happens to be a wizard with clippers. The place is great, the vibe is right, and Jamie? She’s the only human on Earth I’d ever allow within three feet of my beard with sharp objects. 10/10 would recommend. My hair looks good, my beard looks legendary, and I leave feeling like a million bucks every single time.

- ACA CNov 12, 20251.0I went in today to get a haircut for my child. It was Veterans Day, and the store had a sign offering free haircuts for veterans. While waiting, I noticed several interactions that left a bad impression. An elderly veteran came in to get his voucher, and an employee seemed annoyed. Another stylist, a middle-aged blonde woman, was visibly irritated when a veteran came in as a first-time customer and didn’t know how to do the online check-in. Instead of helping kindly, she made him feel rushed and unwelcomed. He sat near me and said he was shocked by the lack of respect, especially on a day meant to honor veterans. That same stylist cut my child’s hair and rushed through it. When we got to the car, I saw it was uneven. She must have already known it, because she came outside as we were walking back in but had a poor attitude about fixing it. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Great Clips. It’s one thing to rush a child’s haircut, but the way those veterans were treated was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location.
