  Wow, wow, wow! I truly cannot begin to express my gratitude to the incredible staff at Alderwood Mall Lush. We celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday there, and not only were we blown away by how smoothly everything went, but every single parent reached out afterward to tell us what a hit the party was. We invited a large group of girls, and when almost all of them showed up, I’ll admit we were nervous it might be overwhelming. Instead, it was the exact opposite. Every child was welcomed warmly and treated with such kindness and respect. We already love Lush for their strong moral stance and commitment to fighting animal testing, so we couldn’t imagine a better place to spend our time and money. The girls played games, enjoyed face masks and lip scrubs, and fully experienced the magic of Lush. It was engaging, organized, and so much fun. When the mall opened, the staff didn’t rush us out. They graciously worked around the change in pace and continued to make us feel completely welcome. Any small hiccups were handled seamlessly and professionally — no one felt overlooked or disappointed. The team communicated with gentleness, patience, and clarity throughout the entire event. I would especially like to recognize Cece, Bryant, and Alana. The success of this party is truly due to their positive attitudes, flexibility, and attention to detail. They went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering hosting an event there. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special.

  Emma and Deimos helped to host the most enthusiastic and energetic birthday party for our kiddo. They were able to wrangle 6 middle school kids and kept them engaged for the whole party. The activities they lead were thoughtful and hands on, but they also made sure everyone was empowered to participate in whatever level they felt comfortable with. They met each kid where they were at, recognized all the unique parts of this group, and were just so fun to watch! I want to book more parties here, and especially with them. My kids had a blast and we appreciate everything they did to make their party a success!

  Selena the girl at lush was such a big help as well as every other employee in the store being very sweet and kind we ended up having a miscommunication about the time for a free event that lush does and instead of saying oh sorry we can't do anything for you they proceeded to help us and still we had a great time and they gave us the items that they told us they were We had a blast lush also does birthday parties thinking about doing mine here with all the great customer service I received 😇👍 10 out of 10
