  Absolutely amazing staff and hairstylists! I love my 2 main stylists here! They’re angels! I’ve been coming here with my family nearly 3 times a year for the last 5 years! I trust every single stylist in here, they’re all talented! Of course, you can’t expect Vidal Sassoon quality work, and I don’t say that as an insult, this franchise is built in a more UTILITARIAN kind of way, simple and clean haircuts at an affordable price. Pleasant staff that work efficiently! Producing consistent, predictable, and acceptable work. What more can you ask for at this price point? There are so many neurotic people that do not understand the tiers of hair salons, the types of haircuts that different salons are trained on, and how the product (your hair) is finished. This type of salon is not going to finish and style each haircut to resemble a random photo - that is a different service. You will get the basic shape cut into your hair - you need to learn to style your new haircut with the PRODUCTS required to do so. Still doesn’t look like the photo? What’s different? Your face shape? Your neck length? Your hair color? And yes, unfortunately, sometimes you will encounter a stylist who is either fresh out of beauty school, a stylist that doesn’t care, or a stylist that cares too much and accidentally gives you a cut you were not expecting. Mistakes, whether innocent or negligent, happen in every single industry and profession. Hairstylists just get a bad rap because they deal with a very important part of the body, so when a human worker makes an error just like any other human can in their job, they get every bit of anger thrown at them. You must also understand that all stylists, new or old, are also aware of the importance of their screw-ups and it weighs heavy on them. Be kind, express your dissatisfaction, but be kind

  I went with my boyfriend to get his hair cut and she did a terrible job. She left spots uneven, especially his sideburns and she poked his ear every time she cut around his ears. She was obviously rushing and did not care if he got hurt. Her bedside manner was awful and she was terribly rude to both of us. I was very disappointed in her lack of professionalism and we will be making sure to get someone else next time, if we do ever return to this location.

  I had asked my mom to take my kid to get a haircut. Because I had another thing that I had to do when my child arrived home in tears very upset because the stylist had cut. My kids bangs completely off. Leaving my child's hair very uneven. My child had showed pictures of exactly what they wanted. It was basically just a touch up of the haircut that they already had and the woman that cut my kid's haircut. It's so boxy and horrible. My child has their 1st day of school tomorrow and they are crying because they don't want to go now. Instead of the workers at the salon being polite and offering a refund, I was argued with and told that I'm wrong that my child wanted, their banks completely chopped off after I showed the picture. Because this woman didn't even remember my kid. Even though I had only seen them said they did exactly as the picture shows, I'm going to upload pictures to show exactly what a chop job was done I have never been to this salon before nor will I ever come here again.
