I was scared of judgement and dismissal of my ask to try and save the healthy hair I had left. I was so touched by the easy kindness and compassion I was met with, by a stylist whose name I am completely blanking on :( I was there Friday Dec 12th if that’s helpful at all. I was given so much great advice that was catered to my current tough financial situation. I was reassured that my hair wasn’t beyond help. All of my questions were answered patiently and gently. I wish I could have tipped more than I was able to, she was deserving of so much more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness. Also, the cut I did get was incredible! Haha I almost didn’t notice she was cutting my hair during our conversation. I paid 4x what I paid here for my last cut from a bougie salon and was crying at the result in the chair. I left this greatclips confident, reassured, and esteemed.
