I said okay. She even showed me 2-3 inches. SHE PROCEEDED TO CUT OFF SIX INCHES OF MY HAIR. I had hair down to my butt... now it is shoulder length. She didn't add any layering, and somehow managed to make the diff sides of my hair different lengths? After cutting my hair DRY, she told me how she failed her written exam TWICE and hasn't given a haircut in a long time. Super reassuring, right? After seeing her poor excuse of a TRIM, I left and didn't proceed with getting a balayage. I couldn't even IMAGINE what she would've had me walking out of the salon with if I had gotten one. DO NOT go to her.
