Always a tidy, friendly and nourishing store. Lu was so kind and helpful and helped me order a few boxes of the delicious Aveda tea, shipped directly to me for free, since they were out. I’m impressed with Lou’s resourcefulness and thank her for going above and beyond.

I wanted to share my recent experience during my visit to your store yesterday, which was unfortunately very disappointing.
I had come in for a consultation, hoping it would help me choose the right product. However, there was only one staff member present, and when I arrived, the store was empty. The staff member initially started my consultation, but as soon as another customer came in, she repeatedly left me waiting in the chair for almost an hour while attending to others.
What should have been a simple process of about 15 minutes turned into a very frustrating experience. I finally had to insist that she complete my consultation before moving on to another customer. Throughout the process, she did not seem interested in providing me with the proper attention or service.
I understand that the consultation was complimentary, but I strongly believe that every customer deserves respect and fair treatment regardless. Being made to wait unnecessarily and feeling ignored is not acceptable.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.

I’m not the best at leaving reviews (I get lazy 😩), however, this one NEEDS to be done. I had the most superb experience last night at Aveda. It was about 7:45/7:55 pm almost closing time, and this lady (cannot remember her name) took her time with me. I knew exactly what I wanted and she still offered me tea, signed me up for rewards, and gave me a 2 minute neck/shoulder massage. She was humorous and kind. You don’t see customer service like that now a days. She went above and beyond and really modeled their Aveda mission. Gosh! I wished I remembered her name. Anyways, please prove her the feedback and continue to care for people the way SHE did! 🫶🏼
