- HMHimali MehtaSep 25, 20251.0I wanted to share my recent experience during my visit to your store yesterday, which was unfortunately very disappointing. I had come in for a consultation, hoping it would help me choose the right product. However, there was only one staff member present, and when I arrived, the store was empty. The staff member initially started my consultation, but as soon as another customer came in, she repeatedly left me waiting in the chair for almost an hour while attending to others. What should have been a simple process of about 15 minutes turned into a very frustrating experience. I finally had to insist that she complete my consultation before moving on to another customer. Throughout the process, she did not seem interested in providing me with the proper attention or service. I understand that the consultation was complimentary, but I strongly believe that every customer deserves respect and fair treatment regardless. Being made to wait unnecessarily and feeling ignored is not acceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better customer service in the future.
