  I made a last minute appointment at this salon because my regular salon was closed, I got an appointment with Sadie. I asked for the color in the refrence photo so I could have something different from my natural dark espresso (after being told I had too many different references to choose from) and she said that would be no problem. The dyeing process felt very random and like she wasn't really sure how to part properly to apply color. Once I was washed and rinsed, the color looked basically exactly the same. I mentioned this to her repeatedly and was told it will "lighten over time" and "look better when it fades". Isn't the entire point of a hair appointment to feel pretty afterwards and not a few weeks from the appointment? I asked to get it lightened and she proceeded to shampoo my hair three times and clarify it. This also did nothing. At this point I was very upset but trying to stay polite since I don't like confrontation. She proceeded to ask me how I style my hair normally, so I told her, she decided to ignore me and do some of the shittiest styling I have ever had. Slapping a serum on somebody while their hair is sopping wet and then diffusing for 5 minutes is not worth what I paid. I scheduled this appointment so I could feel more confident for an interview tomorrow and I left feeling frustrated and ugly. I was quoted $211-$260 and was charged $280+ for an appointment that didn't even give me the result I wanted. I went home and tried to lighten it myself but still nothing changed. My hair looks absolutely nothing like the refrence photo. I shouldn't have paid for that service, I want my money back.

  It was great to meet Erin. She was great to work with and listened to what I wanted. I had originally made an online appointment at the Mill Creek shop for 12:00 on Thursday with Hayley I went ln and discovered that they had no record of it. That being said the person at the front desk did check her computer and saw that Erin at Lynnwood had a 1:30 appointment available. So I went over there. And may I say that things happen for a reason. Erin is a very personable individual and was very accommodating. I never felt like she was rushing to get me done. Im delighted to say I have already booked another appointment with her.

  I have decided to let my greying hair go to a more natural look. I also have complicated curly red hair, which is also long. Jenna was perfect stylist for me. She loved the challenge and I look stunning! She made the perfect transitional look for me. Thank you so very much Jenna!!!!! :-)

  I had a wonderful experience this afternoon with my stylist Kaitlyn. She was attentive and kind, and made sure my hair was exactly the way I wanted it before I left her chair. Thank you for the confidence boost!

  Gene-Marie has been doing my hair for years. She used to cut and color, and then helped me transition to my natural color as the gray started coming in. She is very talented and knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor. I always walk out happy!
