The lady who cut my hair had the demeanor of one who has mentally / emotionally checked out years ago. I asked for a skin fade and after not acknowledging me, she began cutting my hair. Before I knew it, we were done. She didnt even dust me off after. Lol. Yikes.

I’ve also had haircuts from other stylists here — unfortunately I don’t remember all their names, but every experience was great. The entire team is skilled and professional. I chose this location because I was temporarily living nearby, and I can definitely recommend this place.

I am glad for this opportunity to share my thoughts and appreciation for my stylist, Jessica. Jessica was previously working at a nearby Great Clips salon and, even though this location is a further drive, I was more than willing to switch locations in order to continue having Jessica be my regular stylist. I am and have always been particular about my haircuts. I discovered Jessica's talents by watching customers leaving Great Clips while awaiting my turn for a haircut. I noticed Jessica's customers styles were always nicer than most. As one of her regular customers, I also noticed Jessica's attention to details and ensuring that I am pleased with each haircut results. Jessica greets customers with a genuine nice smile and is very personable, exchanging small talk as she works. FIVE STARS does not seem like enough. Jessica is a great stylist who has impeccable customer service skills. Please have your management chain extend my appreciation. Thank You Stephen Hill
