Stop automating services when you dont understand how automated systems need to be set up to work correctly. Gotta love when your wait time goes from 20 minutes to 80 minutes to 65 minutes in the span of 10 minutes.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
