She attempted to pay with a 50$ bill for a 23 dollar haircut. The lady very rudely told her they couldn't accept it. That it had to be exact change or they wouldn't take it. All she had remaining was a 20. The lady very snotty said 3 more in a disrespectful tone. I stepped in and paid the difference. Almost immediately after the lady and her son left the store another customer, who was a white person, paid for their 23 dollar haircut with a 50 dollar bill. 0 problems. 0 rudeness. Accepted the bill and gave back change with no issue. I am absolutely disgusted with this store and that employee specifically. I won't be coming back to this location ever again and I recommend you dont either. This location has been my go to for my haircuts but no longer b They clearly don't care what kinda trash person represents them. I will be sharing my experience in every Facebook group I am part of for cowlitz county and also reporting the incident to corporate. Do better and stop the hate.

- DDdetheter2Jan 9, 20263.0Workers cut hair just fine. Online check in and lack of actual phone in the office to call and ask questions is some of the dumbest crap. Stop automating services when you dont understand how automated systems need to be set up to work correctly. Gotta love when your wait time goes from 20 minutes to 80 minutes to 65 minutes in the span of 10 minutes.
