I personally really appreciate that he saves notes about my haircut so every time he asks if I want the same thing and then he’s off to cutting. It’s a really nice touch and feels much more personal than having to explain the same haircut each time. It’s small, but it really left an impact on me with how much attention to detail he offers with everything he does. Thanks Riley!
