Do you do toddler hair and have someone who can have patience to cut a two year old hair. They said yes we do, no problem at all. We get there my son get up in the chair ready to go. I told her Kim the stylist he would not wear hair cape she put it on anyways. My son threw it on the floor. I said its okay I have spare outfits. She said what would you like I said a mullet she said it would not look good for him. My as first time mom said okay how about a curly fade. Kim said it lood for him. She started doing his hair everything was going good then 10 minutes in my son started to get fidget and move i asked can we stop and take a break she said no then baby get tired and be worse. I said okay but your website said you guys would take breaks. She said idk not here. I was like well his hair need to be done please. She like that it i was like this is bad it not finished she said well he moves to much. I was livid. Kim looked at me i was like im not paying for this she said okay fine bc she knew she messed up. My husband got his hair done by another person she did good. They doubled charged me first said my card didn't work on my husband i was stand at the door holding it open I told my husband use a different card he couldn't find it. I said here take our son and I finished paying. Well I saw that both my cards where charged. I went back in more mad. I said yall double charged me they said no. I said this is ridiculous she messed up my sons hair and I went off. Kim is an assistant manger she refused to talk to me because I screamed at her for messing up my sons hair. She had another dude she was helping while the other employees where trying to figure out why I got Dubble charged. Kim finally came over to give me my money back for one the Dubble charged. The old man in the back was laughing so yeah I yelled at him too. Im a first time mom and my first time experience getting my sons hair done was messed up. I had to go back later to get a refund bc they changed me 3 times when it was supposed to just be my husband hair cut. They said id have to wait to see the manger on Wensday. Im so upset! DO NOT SAY YOU CAN CUT TODDLERS HAIR IF TOU DO NOT HAVE PATIENCE OR TIME!!!!!!! If she would of been honest this all could of been avoided. I admitted it was wrong for me to yell but I was so upset about my child. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TODDLERS!!!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
