- KLKristin LadwigJan 15, 20265.0I've been in to this sephora numerous times as it's the closest to my house. I recently stopped by to make a return/exchange and was helped by Marilyn. She was AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable in color theory and had a lot of great tips and tricks to offer. She was so helpful and made me feel like I was at a metro areas Nordstrom's counter. When I come back I hope she's still there, she was great.

After I showed up 30 mins before they closed, although google says they close at 8 pm on Sundays, we were told they were closing 5 minutes after we got there. The lady working seemed to be in a hurry, and it made my shopping experience odd.. I won't be returning.

I’ve spent a lot of money there, and I belong to the highest here of Customer in the Sephora programs or whatever you want to call Them that are based on the amount of money you spend also I have literally never stolen a single thing from the store. At what point or I guess I should say at what dollar amount do I have to spend to get to the point where I’m not followed around like a thief for every single move I make. I feel like if I’m spending that much money in your stores that would make me the kind of customer that you would treat extra well not extra shitty. Or do you guys just not want me shopping there? Why don’t you guys wait until someone actually steals to treat them like a thief?
