I cried so hard when I left, I showed them an image of a shoulder length shaggy/layered cut, and got my hair and bangs cut WAY too short. It looks like a bowl cut. Please pay more attention to the photos your clients show you. Whatever I got is nothing like the picture I provided. NEVER COMING BACK!

I have very thick hair and was having a hard time managing it. She was very respectful of my situation and helped me find a style to frame my face well and she took her time. Many stylists that have cut my hair in the past rush through my hair because it is so thick. Helen made sure she got every layer. I am also allergic to lavender and she double checked every product before applying it to my hair just to make sure. This hair cut has been the confidence boost and refresh I needed. I am so happy with the results and I will definitely be coming back.

Very friendly person greeted me. Estimated wait time is 75 minutes on the screen. I tell them I’m going to get dinner and come back. Was told no problem. Sign on the door (I believe) says 7pm. I verbally confirm that closing is at 7pm and that I would try to come back at 630pm. Was told, “a little earlier if possible, but no rush if you can’t.” I rush through dinner and come back at 615pm. Store is closed and empty. No courtesy call, just screwed me. No clue what happened. Multiple failure points here.
