My teen daughter and husband came in for a haircut and my teens hair was cut almost 3 inches shorter than she asked and crooked with long strands everywhere, my husbands hair had chunks missing rather than faded and long on one side and short on the other. My teen deals with stress over her image and has been bullied. I made my husband and daughter go right back and their hair still was so crooked it had to be fixed by another salon. I have never seen a work product like this and the inability to care. It was as if the stylist had absolutely NO training in hair or customer service. We will never go back.

Cut started out like it was going well and instead ended bad enough for me to go else where and have it fixed. I should have voiced how I felt in the store but didn’t. I went in looking for a long drastic a line bob (my hair was past my chest) and left with a straight cut past my neck, uneven, not layer or anything. She didn’t even move my hair from a part so when you flip it, it was extra long on the opposite side. My bangs.. whole other story. The store smelled pretty bad also and although She was friendly I feel she needs either more training or to say she isn’t comfortable doing something. Instead of messing up so drastically. Hair grows back but I should have been able to leave with what I wanted done!
