Vanessa gets favorable mention in more than one--a good sign. I checked in online a couple of minutes out. There was no line, so I was put in the chair immediately. I had checked previously in a phone call to see if Vanessa was on duty. She was, but the person on the phone warned me her shift was almost finished. Upon arrival, I expressed regret that I might be too late to have Vanessa cut my hair. She appeared from the back and said she'd be happy to, even though she was finishing up her day. I'm so glad she did. I've been growing out a shorter style and finally was at a point where there was sufficient length for a stylist to work with. We talked about how I had been styling my hair and other concerns I had. She understood perfectly the result I was seeking. I got one of the best haircuts ever!! Even though this location is about 6 miles further from home than the location I have previously visited, I'm planning on coming back for my next cut. Thanks, Vanessa, for a "great clip!!"
