    I visited this store today at 4:50 pm with my daughter and was very disappointed with the level of customer service. There were several employees present, but none greeted us, offered help, or acknowledged us in any way. Instead, staff were standing together talking and looking at their phones while we were clearly trying to find products. We spent time searching for hair products on our own and ended up leaving without purchasing anything because we couldn’t find what we needed. What stood out even more was that another couple who entered the store received the same lack of attention. Basic customer service—like a simple greeting or asking if help is needed—should be standard. Unfortunately, this experience felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.

    Long line at the cashier, but there's just one open. Don't understand why all other people are not helping out. And you have to get in a long line to pick up an online order..

    I spent 20 minutes walking around this store looking lost and not one employee asked me if I needed help. That combined with the high prices and bad location means I won't be back
