- NNNishaaaNov 9, 20251.0I’ve always loved Sephora and this used to be my go-to spot for all my favorite products. But honestly, after what happened yesterday, I’m really disappointed. The person at the counter with huge glasses was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She made me wait in line even though there was literally no one else waiting for 5 to 8 mins and not wanting to finish billing my products! Her tone, expression, and attitude were so off-putting , racist — it felt like I was doing something wrong just by being there. What shocked me most was how unapologetic and stern she was, as if treating customers like that was totally fine. I am not sure why would sephora have people who dont know to deal with customers and provide some rude racist people on top of it. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Sephora before since 3 years of my shopping at this location, and it honestly made me question going back. Really sad to see this kind of behavior at a place I used to love.

There was an eyeshadow stick that I liked at Ulta, but they were sold out there, so the Sephora girls helped me color match and find one that I was really happy with. They were also super patient and let me try on a lot of lipsticks until I found one I loved. Left very happy.

I will never step foot in this store again. Management seriously needs to train their staff better. Let your customers finish shopping instead of pushing them out and losing a sale. Completely unprofessional.
