    I spent 20 minutes walking around this store looking lost and not one employee asked me if I needed help. That combined with the high prices and bad location means I won't be back

    This Sephora is my favorite! Everyone is so nice, the inside is clean, and compared to other stores this one doesn’t smell as strong.

    I’ve always loved Sephora and this used to be my go-to spot for all my favorite products. But honestly, after what happened yesterday, I’m really disappointed. The person at the counter with huge glasses was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She made me wait in line even though there was literally no one else waiting for 5 to 8 mins and not wanting to finish billing my products! Her tone, expression, and attitude were so off-putting , racist — it felt like I was doing something wrong just by being there. What shocked me most was how unapologetic and stern she was, as if treating customers like that was totally fine. I am not sure why would sephora have people who dont know to deal with customers and provide some rude racist people on top of it. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Sephora before since 3 years of my shopping at this location, and it honestly made me question going back. Really sad to see this kind of behavior at a place I used to love.

    The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when assisting you in finding your foundation shade. Weekends can be quite busy, so patience is appreciated if assistance is not immediately available.😊
