- KAkim anderson2 days ago1.0I Have tried to give great clips Juanta the benefit of the doubt but shortly prior to Covid, Kelly at great clips cut my hair. I asked for 2” off and it ended up ring Almost 5” off for her to get the cut even. She “eyeballed” the cut then had to go back several times and cut more off to make it even. It took over a year to grow back. I quit going there until yesterday, which I was hoping they had more professional staff. Unfortunately the girl that cut my hair had to take off 4” rather than the 2” I asked for because she also did not measure and had to keep cutting. Finally I told her no more and went home with one of the Most uneven haircuts I’ve had. Do not go there if you want a decent haircut. This is not a case of you get what you pay for as it was $37 for haircut and wash. Not only did I not get what I paid for, I am now going to have another salon to correct the damage.

I only am giving them 3 stars because they do ok on my son’s haircuts, most of the time that is. We have had issues there as well a few times. Always new employees, so it’s hard to find one you like, that you can return to.These photos are of what I asked for, and what I got LOL- I had no bangs and very long hair, so this cut should not have been too much of an ask.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
