- JMJenni MoraFeb 27, 20265.0Busy stylist here, and Salon Centric makes my life easier. I’ve shopped here since they opened and it’s my go-to for professional products. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and actually helpful — never pushy, never salesy. They’re open 7 days a week, with early mornings for last-minute grabs before my first client and later hours a couple nights a week. Saturdays and Sundays? Yes please. They even run customer appreciation sales on Sundays, which means working stylists can finally take advantage of them. They accept all forms of payment (including American Express, which the other local store doesn’t), plus Visa, MasterCard, debit, and their own rewards card. The app is clutch — order for shipping, same-day pickup, or same-day delivery depending on how chaotic your day is. As of February 2026, they now carry Bumble and bumble and are distributors for Kevin Murphy, which is a total game changer and saves me extra trips just to grab specific lines. They also offer an online professional store where your clients can order home-care directly, Salon Centric handles inventory and shipping, and the stylist earns commission. Less chasing retail, more focusing on clients. Bottom line: great brands, great hours, easy ordering, and a team that supports working stylists. Highly recommend.

- MWMichele WilliamsOct 23, 20251.0I am a licensed cosmetologist who owns a barbershop I have been shopping at salon centric for years and in the last six months every time I try to come and buy products I get hassled I have to show my cosmetologist license ever time thank goodness I take a picture of it. Then I get told I can only buy some product and not other products. I can buy color but not the processing solution??? I will not patronize the store any longer to my understanding when you have a full cosmetologist license, you are able to buy all products.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
