- MRMichelle RodriDec 8, 20251.0Talk about incompetence. I was in there and trying to receive some assistance with this woman named Amy. She did not understand my basic makeup questions at all. She kept throwing me to another nice associate who was definitely more knowledgeable. All the other associates were busy but this lady wasn’t, I went back after a couple minutes to ask a follow up question and she still could not answer. I then learned that that is the store manger. I would hope she’d be more knowledgeable about the store and products she’s selling. She’s completely useless, refused to shade match me, or speak to me. I’m going to the kohls location from now on.
