I was a walk in, and she had a very great smile, was excited about taking me in for an appointment even though it was a walk in. I even had my 4 year old daughter that was able to sit in a chair near me while I got my hair done. She was so kind my daughter and offered her a water, the other staff offered snacks and treats while she waited for mommy to get a haircut. It was very kind of the staff to do. I told the stylist what I wanted and she even had a suggestion when it came to my bangs due to how my hair laid out and she was more than right! It came out so cute and pretty! If and when I come back I hope I get to work with her again.

I assumed the bangs(5min) trim would be included in the price.. Wrong.. When at the till I was charged another $20.
