  Linda has always been wonderful! I never had an issue with her, and have always gone on the wait-list. 5 stars to prior visits, and 10 stars to Linda!!! Well today was different. I was on the wait-list, it said the wait was 45 minutes, and I even checked the box that says "click here to get a text when to head over." I started doing a couple of things, and since I never got the text, I just figured to head on over 25 minutes in. I look at the tracker, and my name was no longer in the wait-list, nor was there an estimated wait counting down. I never got the text, when I walked in, the lady with the different colored hair, closest to the front was asking if I checked in already. I let her know I checked in ahead of time, and I let her know what happened. She asked me what the name was, I told her. She asked me "Do you see your name up there?" I told her "no" and she just said well, that the wait is 120 minutes, cause one of them is going to lunch and 2 stylists will be left. I had a birthday party to take my child to shortly. Either it was a technical problem, but she could've been kinder at the inconvenience. She clearly has an attitude problem, or doesn't want to be there. I went to Sports Clip, got on the wait-list, and I got a text immediately after confirming.

  I get my hair cut by Ruby and she always does a fantastic job. You can't beat the prices and the friendly service. 10/10 highly recommend stopping by!

  Ruby at great clips gets me together rain or shine. In fact if she’s free Monday, my butt will be IN that chair so she can make my hair shorter while we yap until the sun goes down. Or rather, until the end of my reasonably priced, and time efficient hair appointment comes to a satisfying conclusion wherein my hair is shorter, my legs are longer, my smile is wider, my waist is thinner, and my day is brighter.

  I couldn't be happier with my hairdresser, Ruby, and Great Clips in Kenmore (6850 NE Bothell Way). For more than 5 years I have been their client. I used to live near the salon, now I live in Seattle. My one hour trip by bus is absolutely worth it. It's quick, affordable, and the salon is friendly and a warm feeling welcome. Try it, you will love it as much as I do.

  Ruby and the crew at Kenmore Great Clips are AMAZING! Always clean place and friendly stylists. I love that they keep notes on my haircut style, what # electric cutter was used, the style details. That way if I ever need the same cut but my favorite girl is not in that day - another stylist can follow the notes and do the same cut. Easy acces to schedule your appoitment via app or just by calling them. Walk-ins are always welcome. Reasonable prices compare to other salons and occasional coupons are great too. This is my go to salon for almost 8 years now.
