It took way too long and his next client showed up before he even got to style my hair. He just slapped some product in it and called it good. I had a wedding to get too and I was confident that I was going to get the stylist I asked for, but they didn’t warn me that the only guy that works there left that job and he had been replaced.

My son and I had our appointments, both going in with grown-out hair—my hair was down my back (I’ve attached a picture for reference). I wanted a nice fade for my son, and we decided to add a hard line. For myself, I requested a long bob that would fall past my shoulders or “a little longer” as I told her since I like to put my hair up. What we ended up with is nothing close, and I’ve included some pictures. It’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had, and it brought me to tears. My haircut is extremely short, while my son's fade is uneven, and the hard line is way off. I’d say you get what you pay for, but we actually paid too much. The stylists were super nice and fun, and I want to emphasize that it’s nothing personal. It’s just that the haircuts were really bad and expensive. I didn't complain much at the time because there was nothing they could do, and I tend to be too nice in these situations.
