I have always had a good experience at this location. Everyone is friendly. I have been going here for many years.
Only once I realized after I left that I wanted an adjustment. The stylist honored the guarantee and within a week, I was able to get it to my liking.

Problably is just live one of the worst experience in a store . The kick me and my son ( 9 year old ) out , no reason. I used to get my cut hair with the same hair specialist , I guess it’s my choise, I didn’t know they have the own code. But I went today for my hair cut to me and my son and this lady come to me and said “ your hair stylist is on vacation and we don’t want you here , we have the right to kick you out “ , I said “ whatt ? This is some kind of joke , “ she said is not “. So I left with my son and I still in shock don’t understand anything. The worst part is my 9 years old kid was with me. I had to explain him that the human race area like that. I was a customer for 4 years . We will looking for another place I guess like . This experience was terrible . Everything wrong !. The owner called me and apologized , that was good at least.

My hair is very weird but the key thing is I have a type of undercut since my hair is so thick. So I asked for a Jelly fish hair cut (I already had one) and explained my undercut as well as how I like it. Which is basically a fade I will say the fade wasn't the best but my hair will cover it so it'll be fine. As for the rest of my hair it went great she cut it to the length I like, cut layers, and she didn't touch the long hair she only trimmed it.
Now for my brother he didn't like his hair cut. He asked for a high fade and it looks like the woman cut it all to the same length, as for the top he likes it long but she cut more then he asked for. Best way to describe it is that it looks like a military haircut. He also felt she went to fast. We also checked and she did leave a few patches shorter then others.
In conclusion avoid the woman with red hair and fades aren't their strong suit

I’ve had mixed experiences at this barbershop.
Most of the barbers here do a good job and provide consistent service. Unfortunately, one specific barber repeatedly creates a very poor experience.
She always seems to be in a rush and provides extremely uneven service. Some clients are given more time, while others, including me, are rushed through in just 2 to 3 minutes.
When rushed, the haircut is done in a careless, patchy way, as she jumps between clients and cuts in pieces, clearly prioritizing speed over quality. This has happened every time I was assigned to her, so it is a consistent pattern, not a one-time issue.
What makes the situation worse is her behavior. Despite the rushed and low-quality service, she openly demands a tip. If she doesn’t receive what she expects, she becomes dismissive and behaves rudely.
The selective difference in time and attention given to clients feels uncomfortable and unfair.
It’s disappointing, because the rest of the staff does solid work.
I hope management addresses this issue, as it negatively affects an otherwise good barbershop.
Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
