  I have been going to Jacque for a couple years now. Today she did a full highlight on my hair and WOW she knocked it out of the park! She is phenomenal with color and a great stylist! Plus I always love chatting with her! 😁 PS The new salon is gorgeous!!

  I’m thrilled to have found this place! Kelsey fixed my extensive hair problems which was the main focus. So happy with her. The facility is state of the art. Reminding me of super high end salons in New York or Paris and right here in Gig Harbor. Looking forward to my next visit!

  Amazing experience from the moment you step into the new beautifully designed salon. Ashley was great. She is professional, friendly and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in years. Her scalp massage was wonderful! Highly recommend this salon and Ashley.

  I had the BEST experience at Salon Riviera! Aislinn did my 20-inch sew-in extensions and I am absolutely obsessed with how they turned out. They blend perfectly, feel so natural, and the install was super comfortable. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful. So clean, modern, and such a relaxing space to be in. You can tell a lot of care and attention goes into both the work and the environment. If you’re looking for high-quality extensions and someone who truly knows what they’re doing, Aislinn is amazing. I couldn’t recommend her or Salon Riviera more 🤍

  If I could leave this place half a star, it would be half a star to much. Let me tell you guys why….. My wife and I flew into Seattle and we had an amazing experience at the Cesar Caro Salon, only to spend the holidays with family and then drive down memory lane which ended us in Gig Harbor Washington. While we were in town, my wife was in desperate need of a blow out and style before we set out on our journey to our next destination. While walking the waterfront we met someone who recommended this place to us, so after meeting this person we drove to Salon Riviera. Once we were there, the place had a very upscale so we decided to purchase a blow out and style as well I was needing hairspray, since I left mine behind due to flight restrictions. While my wife was getting her hair done, I left my credit card information with the front desk so they could charge my account for any services or expenses my wife was wanting while she was there. It wasn’t until after we left, that all hell broke loose.. In fact, we had just woken up from a nap to learn my wife had text messages from the Manager of the Salon threatening to call the police. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO) Apparently, whomever was working the counter forgot to charge my wife for some of the services she had while she was there. My wife not paying attention to the bill, excited too have her hair done and ready for our next adventure left there thinking everything was ok. She walked away happy even leaving a tip for the services provided (AT LEAST THIS WAS HER THINKING) What happen here is; they charged my wife for products, but forgot to charge her for the stylist time. Instead of just charging my card, since they do have it on file. The manager, whom her actions prove that has no class or brains at all, because this was their mistake. Instead of sending threatening messages she could charge the card she has on file and no harm no fowl. Instead, she seeks out to threaten clients who not only brought money to their establishment but also left a tip (unknowingly) for products instead of services. If you have any class at all, stay away from this place. Obviously, they are eager to take your money and ask for a tip for the products you purchasing and when they make a mistake to charge you for services they call the police and point the finger. STAY WAY!!!! Tomorrow morning, on our way out of town, we will blast this place to our followers to make sure none of our people make the mistake of going to this smoke and mirrors want to be Salon.
