She claimed it's been over an hour. It hadn't even been an hour since we left home AND we have never been told there was a time limit. This is how we've been using this app since the app came out. Very disappointed!

But when I got there discovered that there was a system where I could have checked in online. I would have appreciated being able to have done that over the phone when I’d called. They told me it was a 45 minute wait, which is fine, there were places I could go. I came back 5 minutes before and had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my two toddlers to be seen. They started cutting one of my boys hair, and after another 15 minutes they said they could start on my other boy. They’d literally trimmed the bangs and snipped the side above his ear before they stopped and told me they couldn’t proceed because he had lice. In the Pacific Northwest, in winter. Now, I’m completely understanding of that policy and did not object or complain. What I was upset about was the fact that…he did not have lice. He had cradle cap. They also stopped cutting my other kids hair before it was done because of that diagnose.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
