    There was a lady in there today working with long blonde hair, and she was the sweetest more helpful lady! I wish I got her name! But the best customer service! She makes goes in the store the best vibes!

    Every single time I go to a salon centric I am impressed with the staff that work there. They are so warm, so friendly, and so helpful! I don’t usually frequent this location, but I stopped in with minimal time and a little bit frazzled and I was still greeted and helped so wonderfully that I just wanted to give a shoutout to the team at this location and salon centric as a whole. Thank you!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
