The cut turned out choppy, too short in some areas and too long in others. He had to tell the stylist that she missed some areas and she did not even show him what the cut looked like in the back. He's not happy and says it was a terrible haircut and will not be back. I am not a hair stylist, but I could tell this is not a good haircut.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
