However, the way they handle their customer care when something happens is not so great. I took my 3 year old here for a haircut. This is not his first time getting a haircut so he knows what to expect. Apparently I can’t say the same for the girl who did his hair. While she was trimming around his right ear, my baby boy broke down crying and I thought he was scared. Turned out she nipped the top of his right ear and he was bleeding. She didn’t stop or let me know about this, and continued on trimming his left ear, and also nipped his left ear. This time my 3 years old was screaming and crying because of the pain. Their manager Karie Hook came out and quickly told the hair stylist to go to the back room. I want to be fair and recognize that they did offer some neoposrin cream for the bleeding on both ears and didn’t charge us (for something that is not finished). But at the end we didn’t receive any apology from the hair stylist, and what worst is that they said it’s our fault. Karie told us that our 3 years old’s both ears were cut “because he didn’t sit still. He was fighting and you were holding him”. Karie Hook made the assumption above without being in the room when he was getting a haircut. Because if she was, she would know that my baby stayed still and was not fighting, I was not holding him; his stylist cut his right ear first, and continue to injure the left ear as well. That’s when Karie came out and saw my boy was holding both his ears crying. I understand it’s an accident and nobody intended to cause any harm to their customers. But what surprised me the most is that the manager blamed the customer instead of taking the responsibility for their lack of training. My husband and kids will not come back, nor anyone that I know will. Be careful if you want to bring your kids here, because if something happens, it will be your kids’ fault.
