  This place was a great place! Outstanding service , respectful & kind people. I highly recommend this place for sure ! Yuki or Yuko (I apologize if I didn’t spell her name right) did my massage & she was a sweet & kind person! Thank you guys !

  Today, I received a 90-minute body massage and cupping. Although I felt a bit tired after the massage, my body was very relaxed. The discomfort caused by the nodules in my body has also been greatly alleviated. I'm very grateful for the massage therapist's warm and thoughtful service. I'm really glad to have found a clean, comfortable and professional massage shop near my home. I will definitely come here often!

  A two hour massage that was excellent for about the first hour, but faded to an average experience by the time my therapist began working on my legs. That was unfortunate, but maybe she was tired? Whatever. It was an evening massage after all. I would have given them another chance if that were the only problem. My biggest issue happened when I paid the bill. I left a $46 tip on a $280 bill (2 two hour massages). and the woman checking me out looked me dead in my face and said, "Is that for two people? That was two two hour massages." I was floored! I have no problem with tipping, but the tip was generous considering my therapist massaged me from her seat for the second hour of my session. I hate tipping culture. I should not have allowed her to guilt me, but I did and upped the tip to $56. A tip is reflective of the quality of the service being rendered and, like I said, I was generous. She didn't even ask me about my treatment before questioning my tip amount, that's how you know they just expect the additional money regardless. If the establishment is going to expect another 20%, JUST SET YOUR PRICES HONESTLY AND LET CUSTOMERS MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION! Her response was extremely unprofessional. This type of service will surely send customers in search of another spa. We absolutely will not be returning.
