- SRSanket RathoreNov 7, 20251.0I want to report that this location mislead us with our haircut coupons. We had two coupons for 2 customers and the manager forced us into only accepting one . I have never had this issue in the past so not sure why it was an issue here. Unfortunately haircut was also subpar. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I hope great clips as a brand can take into attention and take appropriate actions to improve its customer service

- JPJared PJun 15, 20251.0I'm not coming back to this location again. First some context: I like to keep my hair at medium length. It's what I'm most comfortable with and the style works for me. I've asked for the same exact haircut for almost two years now, and most of the hairdressers have done a good job. All except for one particular hairdresser, who for whatever reason keeps giving me a taper fade. I've never asked for a taper fade, I've asked for a half-inch trim all over, and yet every time I get her she takes off at least double. I've tried gesturing with my hands, I've told her a "half-inch" specifically, I've told her that I want my hair to rest "just a little over my ear" and every. single. time. she cuts my sides down to 1/4 of an inch. What honestly gets me the most about this is that the last time I came to this location, exactly two months ago, there was a new girl fresh out of beauty school who NAILED the look I was going for. Like dead spot on. So I know a "half inch all over" is not a complicated haircut, and yet this one hairdresser keeps giving me a taper fade. At this point, there is no other explanation than professional malpractice, and I don't want to publicly argue with my hairdresser. Because of this, I'll be looking at other salons in the area to find one with better consistency. I hate to put down the rest of the store, but following instructions should not be this hard.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
