It takes a great deal of time, with getting it wet, then making my layers are re done and I'm usually pretty patient because of that...but today was not a good job. The stylist cut my hair dry. Getting it wet allows for thoroughness which is important if you're going to trust someone with your head. My hair was a puffy fro when she wanted me to go up to register and pay. Tonight I found sections that were uneven. She was trying to turn a chair quickly. I was not able to see her name due to her license not being displayed either. I don't think I should've had to pay $28 for a bad job.

She also confirmed first how I like to style my sideburns (pointed/straight) and my nape (rounded/straight/tapering) before cutting/trimming. Titi and Erica were both very welcoming, having visited this salon for the first time. I also appreciate that they were open at 8am, which worked out for my schedule.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
