- VSVictor Soto4 days ago2.0I had been frequenting this particular shop for over a year and the gals here were courteous and gave good cuts, but the last two visits have not been up to par and I’ve had to do fix their errors at home. Today, I went in to get the same hair cut I’ve been getting (it’s in their system!). I told the stylist that I prefer a high fade (something that was suggested by another stylist at a different location to tell the stylist). She didn’t really acknowledge my request. For the most part she was polite, but as she was getting closer to finishing, I saw she did not do a high fade as I had asked her to. She didn’t bother to ask me if the cut looked good or if there was anything else to change. I had to stop her as she was taking off the cape to tell her that I wanted the sides trimmed down more. She gave me a look of not being pleased, proceeded to do a half-hearted attempt and again didn’t ask if that was good. That’s when I realized I’m not coming back to this spot. They’re not all bad stylists… but there’s no way of requesting one stylist over another, and now there’s so many new ones that I’d rather just go to the other locations that do a better job.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
