Would it be too much to ask that you guys keep your clippers sharp?! I got bit on the back of the neck and lost some skin. The barber passed it off as if someone had switched her clippers with someone else's. Considering that little attention was paid to her clipper blades, it's a complete toss-up if they were even clean and sanitized. At least my tetanus is up to date!

It was a horrible experience! The lady was very grumpy and butched my hair. Gave me razor burn. She did not know how to cut hair. Im guessing they dont sanitize there hair trimmers. Not recommended! At least for men.

I'm never coming back to this place again. I've been growing my hair out for an entire year after losing all my hair due to medical problems. My hair was past my shoulders before I went in. I showed her a hairstyle on my cellphone and specifically asked for my hair to remain as long as possible while keeping the shape of the new hairstyle. The hairstylist barely acknowledged me and was talking to another stylist while cutting my hair. She messed up twice making one side longer then the other and laughed it off and kept cutting. I cried the entire way home because of how bad the hair cut came out. This is genuinely the worst haircut I've ever received. My bangs were not even cut correctly and one side has more bangs then the other. I also asked for thicker bangs and she gave me extremely thin instead. I'm leaving a picture below of what I asked for vs what I got. You can also see my hair is still uneven and longer on one side even after she tried twice to fix it.

The on line check in system is actually nice. Employees make the business work. In this case, 5 employees sat around talking while I watched. Could have had a hair cut 20 minutes sooner if they cared, of course that's my perception since it was my time they waisted while they were on the clock. I'm sure each individual was very nice. But they should be there for the customer, not the customer for them

Not to sound mean spirited, but I'm under the impression this location is poorly managed. I continue to go because there's no other options but.... every time I go, it's the same thing, 2-3 stylists with a long wait. Also, the quality of haircut is like playing the lottery. The app doesn't save any time, it's just a corporate excuse to track customers and send promotional garbage. The vibe and energy is off too. ..... I pretty much can't wait to get back out of there.
Mens, womens, kids and senior haircuts as well as bang, neck and beard trims. Other haircare services include shampoo, blow dry, or hair styling such as an updo. Select salons offer perm services.
