  Tori needs an attitude adjustment. Very unfriendly almost the second I walked in there. Her manager stepped in and gave me a great haircut.

  10 year frequentee of the Chehalis GC. Saw that the Centralia GC was at a 44 minute wait time on the online check-in. I decided to give it a go since it is closer. I will recap the visit of the Centralia Great Clips as follows: I checked in online for a hair cut, the estimated time was 44 minutes, and i was fifth in line. I fully do not plan on exactly 44 minutes, I anticipate extra wait, reasonably up to 15 minutes, its a salon, hair happens, whatever the case, I don't even believe its 44 minutes, I plan for more. I use my phone number for the text to head to the salon, its not coming through, but according to the online portion, there was 26 minutes and 2 people ahead of me. (This hair cut is for a child, just using 'I' since i am orchestrating). I leave my house to get there with 15 minutes (estimated wait online) because I'd rather be early and wait there, than miss a hair cut. Upon arrival, there are no patrons, and three employees, 2 are with clients cutting hair and the third is behind the check in counter. There is no greeting, or acknowledgement of presence. Once the employee behind the desk walks behind a partition, I heard a, "Welcome back", which is dont believe to be for me; Ive never set foot in this building. The time was 12:20. As we waited the next thirty minutes, 2 (seperate) patrons came in, and we're confirmed checked in online. Finally the desk worker asks us who we are and then confirmed my check in. By this time there was only 1 name ahead of my pending haircut. They gave a time frame to that person, (the hair cutter had to go to break) and told the other patron he had about a thirty minute wait. The worker finally updated the computer and the text message came through on my phone, for my time slot is next, and 15 minute wait. I check the app again and it goes from the 8 minute wait, back up to 20. 40 minutes later, the former hair cut gets done, (its not good looking), and they leave. The hair person lightly cleaned up the station and finally its time for my child's hair to get cut. Gets to chair and is getting ready, then the former hair cut who had been gone 5 minutes now, comes back with concerns about hair cut, and wanted more cut. They bumped my time slot further, remove my child from the chair. They do the alterations to the former clients hair, they leave again after 6 minutes. The stylist does not clean the tools. Asked stylist to clean tools. Her response was, "No, he didnt sit in the chair." I left the salon. Checked into Chehalis, and, as per usual, they were great. Probably don't go to Centralia.

  New to the area. Took my son here for a basic cut…wow…it’s so bad & choppy. There are spots that are different lengths all over his head. The front of his hair was cut straight across. He looks like he has an 80s bowl cut from the front. I’ll be calling around to other places tomorrow to try and get it fixed but I am really bummed that I wasted my time and money going here and now I will have to spend more to get it fixed somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

  I arrived as a walk in with my troll hairdo. Was hoping the system had my profile accurately but was not. Honestly ended up with a more interesting hair cut than the other location. Much appreciated.
