I gave GREAT CLIPS a chance. I called to confirm the coupon would be accepted. Some AI bot managed all calls for the location, not able to talk to a human being. Online checked In at the Riverstone Camas. Arrived. I asked if they are taking the $12.99 coupon I filled out the form for. "No. We can't afford it." My response was "I can't afford it" and walked out. Selective Coupon Acceptance; REALLY??? MORE GAMES PLAYING; SMARTS??? NOT NICE Riverstone, Camas, WA GREAT CLIPS STAFF!!! Below is a copy of the coupon on their location specific website pulled one minute ago (2:04 pm PDT). FO Camas Riverside, Camas (WA) Thanks for wasting thirty minutes+ of my time + fuel costs!!! Great clips is running ads constantly but this salon said they aren't accepting them. This should be posted on the door. I'm sure I won't be the last to be duped by this false advertising. All salons should accept them. Should be reported as false advertising!!!
- JBJOSH BRAJEVICHFeb 24, 20261.0I asked for just a little off the top, no more than a half inch. She took off probably 1.5 inches and i look totally botched. I didnt expect a perfect cut but this is bad. Also, she hardly spoke english, and spoke so quietly I could hardly hear her the entire time. Probably the worst haircut Ive had. Also I am often reluctant to leave reviews because I hate to hurt peoples business but I feel I should warn others. Maybe the other barbers working there are good, but I will never go back to a great clips. I honestly regret even tipping.
