- TBTania BaltazarAug 7, 20251.0I had a really uncomfortable experience at the Sephora inside Kohl’s. I went in just to buy shampoo and conditioner, but one of the employees kept following me around the store and watching everything I did clearly judging me based on how I was dressed. It felt like they assumed I was going to steal something, which was not only insulting but completely uncalled for. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or discriminated against while shopping. I expected better from Sephora and Kohl’s, and I hope they take steps to train their staff to treat all customers with respect.
