My son just wanted 2 inches off and the guy didn’t even section his hair. 1st attempt didn’t even make a dent (should have stopped there), we paid and stepped out and my son didn’t realize he could have said he wanted it shorter (he’s 13) so we went back in and asked if he could do an additional 2in. The guy was super nice and agreed. 10 min later he pulled me back to check and I about cried. Was lopsided and uneven. asked him to try and even it out and he used his fingers in a picking motion and to pick out the uneven strands and cut them between his thumb and index finger. Then he palmed the hair in to try and hide the horrible uneven strands that he apparently could not do. We thanked him and left. My son was a trooper and tried to say he liked it but I was just so unhappy. 10 min later he says he agrees it was horrible. I had to go to a different great clips to have hem fix it.

Ot return wont even take my daughter there the guy that cut my hair last did a terrible job and I was just leaving for vacation with my family and hide to hide my hair pulled back and hide my bangs and he just chopped my hair no idea what he was doing being told by another employee how to do it and then asked if I liked it at that point I was about to cry I said it was fine so I could get out without him touching anymore of my hair ive never had bangs go across my forehead ive always had side bangs and he chopped them I was so mad and just ready to leave and the words coming out of his mouth in a place of work like if you didnt want to cut my hair you could of let someone els do it instead I went on my family trip with really messed up choppy looking hair I was so upset and will not go back

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
