  I want to give a 0 just for the way I was treated. I was told that the color they use is permanent color and would need touch up only once in around 12 to 16 weeks. I am very much aware that the new grown hair will still be white but the 1st time I went and got my hair dyed, the person did not do a good job and left out patches of white hair in the front but she signed me up for a follow up. But by the time I went for the fix after just 3 weeks, my hair was like how it was before I colored. I was charged $27 for the fix though it was their mistake. I paid $100 the 1st time so I paid $127 in just 3 weeks and now after 2 weeks, I again have 60% gray hair back. What is the point then? Today when they called to confirm my next appointment, I told I want to cancel because I was not happy. The best part was they did not even bother to ask why I was unhappy and what went wrong, they just said thanks for confirming and hung up. Never will I suggest this place to any of my friends nor will I visit myself again. I am done!!!!!

  Switched stylists after mine retired. I saw Bella and she was great! Super kind and did everything exactly as I requested. Her coloring skills were great. Their prices are very reasonable, will be my new place.

  This is an amazing salon with the most talented staff. From reception to the stylists to the owners- just top shelf. Thank you for dealing with my curly silver hair! It takes a village!

  I had such a wonderful experience at the Elle Marie Hair Studio location! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and professional. Becca cut my hair, and she was absolutely amazing. She truly listened to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions that made me feel completely confident in her hands. She took her time shaping my cut so it flatters my face and feels easy to style. It feels fresh, healthy, and so much lighter — exactly what I needed! I left feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. Becca has such a friendly, kind energy, and you can tell she really loves what she does. I’m so happy with my haircut and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Becca at the Mill Creek studio! ✨
