I honestly regret ever stepping into this so-called salon. The reference photo does not match reality at all. You traumatized my children — they walk around the house wearing hats because their friends laughed at them. They cut their hair mercilessly, even though I clearly asked them to leave it longer. You cannot work as a hairdresser and be this incompetent! I have no words to express my dissatisfaction and indignation. I will never come back to this place again, and I strongly advise you not to either. Unprofessional! You should not be working with children’s hair. This level of work might be acceptable for animals, but not for kids. P.S. I have attached the reference photo, as well as photos showing how my child’s hair looked before the haircut and the result we ended up with
