- TWTeresa White2 days ago1.0I got a haircut with Krys on 2/5/26. I had a 4pm appointment, but ended up waiting well over an hour while she worked on someone else. She presented herself as an master stylist with years of experience. She cut my hair blunt, no sectioning. I wear a side part, but she told me she would be cutting my hair parted in the middle. Any experienced stylist would know that would make my side part short on one side. I also let her know I didn't want my hair thinned, but it was overdone. It's been 3 months since, this haircut, especially my short side part and the over done thinning to grow out. I was charged $50. I won't be returning to JCPenny Salon.
- SHSheila HirschMar 21, 20261.0Went in for a long hair spiral perm.they don't use spiral rods(should have left at that point)my hair has hardly any curl.it looks flat and has straight pieces that never got curled.during processing the rods were breaking and loosening.I think the stylist was nice but didn't know what she was doing.This experience cost me 277.00.rediculous.This place seems like more of a beauty school than a ligit solan.The prices don't match the level of service.😢
