- SSsalma3 days ago5.0I went to Sephora yesterday and was looking at the Tower 28 concealers. I asked Daisy to help me find the right shade, and she found my perfect match. I love it. She also helped me pick out a lip stain. She’s the cutest and most genuine person ever. I’m from Canada, and I hope I see her again when I visit.

She was so sweet and took the time to really go through products from Dennis Gross that would work best for me and my skin. She was really thorough and knowledgeable. - GGgloria garciaMar 20, 20261.0Worse store ever would not return my item or help out with shipping my item it was to much of an inconvenience to do so with customer service but had the nerve to say they would reprimand the store for sending them over to them to help they do not state that all Sephora store are not connected and they cannot return within other stores so they make it hard for you will never shop at any due to this to much of an inconvenience to return a 20 dollar items that I have to travel back to the same location to return the item when I was only traveling and passing by. customer service sucks at there job

Two employees in the cologne section told me that purchasing the new Dolce & Gabbana fragrance would include a promotional bag with an engraved keychain and items like body lotion. After paying, I was only given the perfume. I had to insist several times before they finally gave me the bag—and it was completely empty. Instead of engraving the keychain they promised, they engraved the perfume bottle itself. On top of that, the price displayed was around $130 but rang up closer to $155 before tax. Overall the information given by staff was misleading and the service was not helpful. Very frustrating experience.
