Took his time, showed us a ton of products, and actually gave real recommendations, not just random upselling. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares. I ended up getting Stormy Weather and my friend got Princess Rosalia, and let me tell you… we walked out feeling like THAT GIRL 💅✨ Marcus is an absolute rock star, energy was unmatched, vibes were immaculate. Lush, protect him at all costs!! 10/10 experience, will 100% be back just for him. GO OFF MARCUS 👑

I had no idea what to get, but she guided me through options and helped me choose something thoughtful. My friend ended up loving it and even said I did a great job picking it, which I honestly couldn’t have done without her help. Rodrigo also went above and beyond. He helped me find an item I thought was out of stock and introduced me to what is now my new favorite perfume. Overall, the customer service was excellent. Both Mei and Rodrigo made the experience easy and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Management if you're reading this - please give these employees a raise. They made the shopping experience what it should be, and made a return customer out of me.
